Marbella has many places of interest as does Estepona. Puerto Banus 10 minutes, Marbella 20 minutes, Estepona 20 minutes, Ronda 50 minutes.
San Pedro de Alcantara area: The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports centre. Less than 15 minutes drive away you will find: a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop. Less than 45 minutes drive away: Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, scuba diving, a museum. Golf fans: Close to leading golf courses Valderama and Sotogrande to Santa Maria, Los Flamingos and La Cala. The Villa: The East Wing comprises Master and main guest bedroom both with en-suites and dressing areas. The master bedroom has panoramic views over golf course and a shaded patio area. This wing also includes the vaulted ceiling dining room with French doors overlooking the courtyard and well proportioned kitchen with all the latest cooking facilities. The West wing is entered via the television room and comprises 3 further bedrooms all with vaulted ceilings, en-suites and Patio doors opening on to the courtyard. In the basement there is a further large, well designed bedroom with, dressing area and full en-suite facilities, which would suit teenagers, Au-pair, etc.
