Instead of her driving her own car, he picked her up and told her they were going to the restaurant but instead he took her out in the woods. It was dark and cold and she was terrified. He kept saying he wanted to show her something.

When he stopped the car in a deserted forest area, he got out, grabbed some duct tape, pulled her out of the car and taped her hands behind her. He taped her mouth so she couldn’t scream and her eyes so she couldn’t see what was happening.

He wanted her to be afraid and indeed she was. He held a knife to her throat and told her if she tried to fight him he would cut her throat. He raped her over and over and beat her until she was unconscious.

He saw headlights from another car and he thought she was dead, so he got into his car and sped away. She came and was able to get up where the car saw her and the passersby took her to the hospital. The cops questioned her and she told them her name, the online dating site where she met him, but when they checked his profile, he didn’t even use his real name.

She was lucky because for some reason another car came to the same forest area and saved her life. She was miles from nowhere and probably wouldn’t make it on foot because it was cold, she was badly injured, and she had no shoes. It’s nice that two teenagers found a private place to make heroes for this girl.

She said she will never forget the horror of that night and is grateful she was given a second chance at life. Blind dates are dangerous, rather it’s a friend who wants you to date someone you’ve never met or someone from an online dating site.

Your best chance of finding your dream date is to go to your local dating service. They are reputable, do background checks and require their members to meet them in person.
