Let me tell you two short stories about Sarah. In Genesis chapter 12 Abram (Abraham) and Sarai (Sarah) together with others went down to Egypt because there was a great famine where they were, Abram told Sarai to say that she was his sister because she was very beautiful and he knew that the Egyptians would kill him to reach her. The Egyptian king did desire Sarai because of her beauty and he took her into his court, but before he could make her his wife God intervened and caused a plague to come upon him and his house. He gave Sarai back to Abram. Sarah was old when this happened but she was beautiful. Another similar story occurs in Genesis chapter 20 and this event happened many years later. Abraham again told Sarah to say that she was his sister and Abimelech, king of Gerar sent and took her because of her beauty but God told him in a dream that he was dead because he took a man’s wife. Abimelech restored Sarah to Abraham. In chapter 21:2 we read that Sarah became pregnant and bore Abraham a son in his old age; this meant that she must have been past the age of infancy itself but both these kings wanted her because of her beauty. She had to be beautiful in her old age because no king wants an old wrinkled-looking woman in his court.

Our youth can be renewed as Sarah’s youth was renewed because we have her spiritual DNA within us. Psalm 103:5 read, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the Eagles. If we would believe and ask for our youth to be renewed, then God will give it. We won’t have to pay for expensive youth renewal products that may or may not work; we simply ask the Lord to do it for us and He will if we believe.

Yes, eating right and getting plenty of rest will delay the aging process, but obviously it will catch up with you and probably sooner than you want, but if you believe that your youth will be restored, then you will start looking better than you ever have. have before because that is part of your heritage. We are Abraham’s seed and heir of his promise from the Lord. What God promised to Abraham and Sarah belongs to us now and we can ask for it and He will give it to us.
