How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout
Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7-minute workout you can do at home. It’s much better than running and push-ups… and much shorter, just 7 minutes. If you do this exercise 4 times a week (28 minutes), you will literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.
Hundreds of my clients have pretty much proven this to be the best and most effective way to lose belly fat.
Get rid of belly fat with exercise
1. Hindu squats
This is a no-weight version of the squat. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while either running over or touching the ground with your toes on each rep. You will do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This quickly dissolves stomach fat.
So total time, 5 minutes so far.
2. Spinning in a circle like a child
This is a breakthrough exercise that does a lot more than just help you lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a few tries. Here’s what you do.
Spin clockwise for 5-15 reps with arms extended like airplane wings. Do enough rotations to make your head a little dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. You will then repeat this number for a total of 8 different sets of spins. Each set of spins lasts approximately 15 seconds.
Total spin time, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all the spinning sets one at a time, you can spread them out throughout the day.
The reason spinning works is because it stimulates your endocrine system to balance your hormonal imbalances. Almost everyone has an imbalance. Hormonal imbalances cause weight gain and impair your ability to lose weight.
