The Fight to Be Slim Again

There seem to be more people in the world who are unhappy with their current weight than there are who are truly and truly happy with their weight/physique. Now even though I’m not a big woman I’m 5′ 2 I weigh about 147 pounds now someone may say that’s not bad at all “that’s a good size” but I used to weigh 175 (about 8 months ago) , per my wife format it was pretty hard. And my doctor kept telling me, Miss Neal, you have to go down or you risk gout, water on your knees, and possibly other health problems.

But as I got older I found it harder and harder to lose weight, now my doctor suggested I should be around 130 pounds for my height. I wasn’t that small because I was in my early 20s or 30s.

I am now 47 years old so as most of you can imagine it is really hard to shed the unwanted weight I have gained over the years.

So I started trying everything I could think of. I stopped eating certain foods, tried different weight loss products or weight loss supplements and nothing worked for a long time. So many of you may be saying, but now you weigh 147 pounds, how did you lose those 20 to 30 pounds?

Well, one day I was surfing the web looking for ways to lose weight when I happened to come across an ad for something called (RED TEA DETOX). After reading this article, which I’ve linked below, I remember thinking, “Oh boy, there it is again,” something that promises you – you’ll be able to lose weight, something you could actually do right. own kitchen, but since it was cheap unlike most supplements, as you all should know, many of which can range from $50 to $100, “those prices can really add up over time,” especially if you someone who is constantly trying to lose weight, you can spend hundreds of dollars “and who has that kind of money to spend these days”. So naturally I was intrigued by the idea that I could lose weight for a fraction of what I used to spend, and I already had some of the ingredients in my kitchen.

I finally decided to go ahead and give it a try, now for the first month I didn’t notice any change, now mind you I’m already eating very healthy because I’m vegan. So I was expecting to see results fairly quickly and after 30 days I was getting a bit discouraged, then one day I had a doctor’s appointment, at the doctor’s and as always at the doctor’s they weighed me. To my surprise I actually lost 10 pounds, I guess I didn’t notice because I didn’t own a scale, I just went by how I looked in the mirror, I couldn’t see a difference, some of my clothes fit a little looser but then others seem to the things I was wearing fit the same so it threw me off.

So now I was psyched and thought “the tea must be working” and you know how pleased you are when you actually start to notice that you are losing weight. So yeah I started working out because at first I wasn’t working out just eating the way I usually eat (my vegan food) and drinking tea like every other day at least 3 days a week but now I’ve increased it to four twice a week for tea and exercise on the exercise bike for at least half an hour every day. One day, about two months later, while I was in town, my fiance and I stopped at Rite Aid Pharmacy while she was waiting for her meds, I decided to go ahead and take my blood pressure and weigh myself on the machine , which are supposed to help in most Rite Pharmacies. That’s when I realized that I lost about 18 pounds, so I lost about 28 pounds in total just by drinking this tea over the course of about three to four months.

I don’t drink the tea that much now because I kind of got tired of it, but whenever I feel like I’ve eaten too many foods that have too many calories outside of what I normally eat, I always go back to drinking this tea. and it helped me maintain that weight.
