The correct recommendation is half your body weight in ounces of water, so if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water. Keep in mind that if you are consuming any product with caffeine, it actually removes water from your body. If you start increasing your water intake to these levels, within a week you may notice that you have more energy, improved mental clarity, healthier skin, and more easily digested food.
2) Sleep – Your body needs quality sleep. During the day your body is under a lot of stress and even at the cellular level everything gets fatigued. Sleep is necessary to help the body rejuvenate and cells to repair. Your mind, organs and muscles relax and heal.
